这件跨区域水道地图作为馆藏目录的空间锚点：它把广州、珠江三角洲和水路关系带回一件确切的 LoC 记录，但不会被当作行政边界或任何主张的替代来源。

权利依据LoC Geography and Map Division guidance on the item record states that digitized collections are free to use and reuse unless a Rights Advisory says otherwise, and supplies the credit line 'Library of Congress, Geography and Map Division'. Any derivative still requires checking the item record and export conditions at implementation time.

对象与主张The existing Source record nanhai-xianzhi identifies a 1911 宣统三年 edition, while this object is the 1869 file. The file is a valid external historical object identity, but it must not silently substitute for the 1911 Source record or be presented as direct evidence for claim-009 until the edition relationship is explicitly recorded.

权利依据The exact Commons file page displays public-domain, PD-scan and PDM information, with jurisdiction caveats. This is evidence for the external file record, not a blanket warranty for every downstream jurisdiction or derivative.
